At Duodecim, we create faith-inspired apparel designed to encourage, uplift, and glorify Jesus Christ. We want you to love your purchase, and we also want to be fair and transparent. Please review our return and refund policy below.

🕒 Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags/packaging).

  • We cannot accept returns on:

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Custom or personalized items

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item in a different size, please email us at duoxiidesigns@gmail.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible once the package has been marked as delivered.
